Welcome to Falling Rock Gallery. When you choose to purchase our product you are subject to the following terms and conditions. We advise you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide with these.

PRIVACY

Personal Details – Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Falling Rock Gallery.

SECURITY

Falling Rock Gallery does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website. Your credit card details are processed by SQUARE.

PRICING

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. Falling Rock Gallery reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards as well as direct deposit.

PRODUCTION TIME FRAME

We are a custom, made to order business. That means when you buy it – we make it. All images are printed and framed locally. So, production time can vary, based on what size and frame you’re after. For framed we usually allow 2-3 weeks for production and delivery and 2-3 days to print unframed goods.

RETURN & EXCHANGES (within Australia only)

If for any reason an item is not what you expected, please email us at fallingrockgallery@gmail.com so we can discuss and work out any issues, fair and square.

Please note, there are no returns or exchanges for change of mind, as all artworks are made to order.

RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS

We have a NO RETURN ON SALE ITEM policy.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

We recommend not hanging your item in direct sunlight. We also recommend using acid free tape if you are framing the print yourself to avoid yellowing the print.

FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES

Falling Rock Gallery’s products are hand produced using the highest quality products. All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us and we will organise a replacement for you.

Please Note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns and exchanges. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order. You will be required to follow the same steps as with Returns.
